CV & LinkedIn Rebuild — £275

Repositioned, not polished.

Your CV has six seconds before a decision is made, and most CVs spend them listing duties. This is a full rebuild of both artefacts around the roles you’re targeting — done with you, to the standard I’d put in front of an enterprise buyer.

Mock Interview Intensive — £295

The interview is days away. Rehearse it against someone who hires.

Most candidates prepare answers. Panels score signals. This is two full rehearsals against the criteria your panel is actually using — recorded, scored, and debriefed in writing — so the version of you that shows up on the day is the one you rehearsed, not the one nerves produce.

2 × 90-minute live mock interviews, built from the actual role and company - Recordings of both sessions — yours to keep and review - Written scorecard after each round: what the panel would read, question by question - Your opening narrative and answers to the questions you’re most likely to face, rebuilt between rounds - A written second-sentence brief: what the panel should be saying about you after you leave, and how each answer earns it.

Promotion Case Sprint — £425

The calibration meeting is coming. Build the case before the room meets.

Promotions are decided by people weighing a half-sentence about you in a meeting you won’t attend. This sprint builds the case your sponsor carries into that room — evidence, narrative, and timing — the way an enterprise proposal is built.

3 × working sessions across four weeks, timed to your promotion cycle - Map of your decision room: who decides, who influences, what each currently believes - A written promotion case: the evidence, the narrative, the ask — in the language your organization's process actually scores - Your sponsor conversation, planned and rehearsed: what they need from you to argue for you - Written summary after every session, and message support through the cycle’s key moments.

Every engagement begins with a complimentary 30-minute consultation. The consultation is a working conversation, not a sales call. We use the time to see whether your situation is the kind of work this practice does, and which engagement, if any, is the right shape.If NOM is not the right fit, the conversation says so directly.
