It is ninety minutes with someone who has spent nineteen years reading rooms like yours.

How It Works

The format is a working conversation, not a coaching call. The depth comes from preparation. Before we speak, I review your CV, your LinkedIn, and the situation notes you send across, so the session begins at the heart of the matter rather than at introductions. Together we map the situation, establish what is actually being read about you by the people who matter, and identify the specific moves available, in order, with reasons. Within 48 hours of the session, you receive a written summary: the read, the moves, the sequence.

What The Engagement Includes

One ninety-minute working session, by video. A pre-session review of your CV, LinkedIn, and situation notes so the time you are paying for is all signal. A clear map of the situation, who actually decides, and what they are currently reading about you. The moves available, sequenced with reasons, including the ones to stop making. A written summary within 48 hours: the read, the moves, the order. Direct email access for short follow-up questions in the days after.

Who Books This

The Read is for the professional whose situation is honestly one-conversation work — a defined moment that needs a senior read, not a programme. It is also, in practice, where roughly half of longer engagements begin. Clients who arrive with a specific situation often discover, during the session, that the situation sits inside a larger pattern, and decide to continue. That is a side effect of the work being good, not the purpose of the format.

The Consultation

Every engagement begins with a complimentary 30-minute consultation, a working conversation, not a sales call. We use the time to establish whether your situation is the kind of work this practice does, and which engagement, if any, is the right shape. If NOM is not the right fit, the conversation says so directly.
