Sustained work on a defined career arc. Eight 1:1 session across three months. Every artefact rebuilt. Progress measured against a baseline established in the first week.
Some situations cannot be read once and fixed. They unfold across weeks. A live job searches. A promotion cycles. A transition into a new sector. These move on the calendar of other people’s decisions, and they reward sustained, sequenced work over a single insight.
If you are competent, producing good work, and watching a career that does not reflect it, the problem is rarely effort. It is that no one has ever shown you how the rooms that decide actually read people, and three months is the right length to change what yours are reading.
The engagement opens with a baseline. In the first session, we establish where you currently sit across five areas: the read on your situation, the artefacts that represent you in writing, the rooms you are not in, the live conversations and panels, and the execution against real opportunities. Everything that follows is built against your specific baseline, not a generic curriculum. At the midpoint and again at the close, we re-score the same five areas, so progress is measured rather than asserted.
The first six weeks are Map and Read, then Build. We establish your target, map the people who decide, and audit the current read. The build begins immediately. CV, LinkedIn, and a written ninety-day plan are completed inside the first six weeks, because every week they remain unfixed is a week of opportunities reading the old version of you. Sessions in this phase are weekly, to match the pace of the build.
The middle phase is Reposition. Interview preparation and live practice. Networking and visibility strategy. The promotion case, where the target is internal. A midpoint readiness reviews re-scores all five areas, and the plan adjusts based on where progress is fastest and where more support is needed.
The final phase is Execute. The work meets the real rooms: applications, panels, conversations. We debrief every live contact, sharpen the read, and close with an end-of-engagement review and a plan for continued momentum. Sessions in this phase move to fortnightly to give the work room to land between conversations.
Each session is sixty minutes, with the opening session extended to ninety. Each has a defined agenda and a written summary. Between sessions, direct access by email for the specific moments that need it. An interview tomorrow does not wait two weeks.
Eight structured 1:1 session across three months, each with a written summary. A baseline readiness assessment in the first week, scored across five areas, repeated at the midpoint and the close so progress is measurable. A full CV rebuild, repositioned for the roles you are targeting, not a polish. A LinkedIn rewrite covering the headline, the About section, and the framing of your experience. A written ninety-day plan: target role, target companies, milestones, weekly actions. Interview preparation, including narrative work, competency frameworks, and live mock practice with structured feedback. A networking and visibility strategy that names who to reach, how, and what the conversations need to do. Where the target is internal, the build of a promotion case. Where the target is a transition into tech or enterprise sales, the qualification frameworks, role-play, and industry read of someone doing the work currently.
The Repositioning is for the professional in a live situation with a defined horizon: a promotion round this half, a search underway, a transition with a deadline. If your situation has no defined arc yet, or the arc is your whole trajectory rather than a specific cycle, the six-month engagement is likely the right shape, and the consultation will say so.
